Make an impact in the If Analyst and Actuary Trainee Program!
Do you want to make an impact using your mathematical and business skills? Would you like responsibility to pragmatically solve difficult challenges? Do you have a passion for mathematical modelling? If so, you might be the new employee in our trainee program. We aim to strengthen the analytical and actuarial competence in If with young academics in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
You will be joining our one year long paid Nordic Analyst and Actuary Trainee Program that will run for the ninth time. In the program, you will be introduced to our different business areas and analyst/actuarial units. The program consists of theoretical and practical modules that will be part of your individual development plan to increase your analytical and business skills.

The successful candidate
You have a master’s degree in mathematics, statistics or equivalent, and have an interest in programming and data processing. You are fluent in English and in one Nordic language.
Training in insurance mathematics, or experience from analytical work is an advantage. We also value presentation skills, and the ability to work structured and goal oriented in a team or independently.
You will graduate this summer/ have recently graduated, or you have a few years of experience with analytical work.
Other information
The main location will be in one of our Nordic offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Turku and Espoo. Some travelling in the Nordic region will be required.
The startup for the program is middle August 2020.
