Reservoir modelling and management. Increased oil and gas and energy efficient recovery.
Maturation of field development, early phase, and modifications projects.

Technology development and implementation including digital solutions within reservoir technology.
Carbon capture and storage projects (CCS).

Master or PhD in relevant Technical Discipline. Candidates with a Bachelor degree and relevant experience will be considered.
Experience and skills within reservoir and production technology and related disciplines like geology & geophysics, drilling & well, flow assurance, process technology, mathematics, physics, chemistry/chemical engineering, cybernetics or data science.
Experience from operational, field development, and technology qualification and implementation.
Relevant software competence. Experience within ensemble modelling, and the ability to learn new tools. Knowledge within statistics, data analytics and machine learning.
Innovative and digital mindset. Programming capabilities and eagerness to learn and develop.
Ability to show openness and transparency in iinteraction with others, and value diverse perspectives and ability to adapt the communication style to suit the context.
Ability to take ownership of own delivery and performance and work well as part of the team, sharing ideas, workload and learnings.
Project and technical leadership competence.
Fluent in both spoken and written English. Good knowledge or willingness to learn Norwegian. Willingness to live and work in Norway.
Successful candidates will be hired in positions according to experience level.
