The role of operation and maintenance (O&M) is to deliver safe, predictable and profitable operations in accordance with regulations, governance and operational parameters. O&M covers all aspects of operation, maintenance and modifications for operating assets, and modification and investment projects for all phases in the company.

Possible locations in Norway are: Mongstad, Tjeldbergodden, Melkøya/Hammerfest, Sture & Kollsnes, Kårstø, Bergen, Stavanger, Trondheim, Harstad.
