As an Optics Designer
You will create the future optical systems for our projectors in cooperation with the R&D team in Fredrikstad and other international locations
Identify new technology and suppliers of such for use in optical design Close cooperation with the production department; finding solutions for testing and lean production
Key- factors : Design and simulation of illumination systems using Zemax/ASAP -  Development and test of systems from idea to production phase  - optical support internally in Barco

Qualfictions and personal qualities

• Bachelor or Master degree within Physics,mathematical, mechanic or photonics related education
• R&D related experience
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Analytical skills
• Structured and diligent
• Solution- oriented
• Practical and capable of using laboratory tools and measurement equipment
• Demonstrate a driving ability in both teamwork as well as individually
