• The duration of the internship will be six weeks

Deepinsight is a start-up company aspiring to become a leading data science hub in Norway. We apply machine learning to real world problems in partnership with large and small companies as well as pursue our own product development initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Work on a specific data science problem. The task will be challenging and based on your interests and knowledge.
• Collaborate with our data scientists to give you guidance and discuss you work
• Write code
• Teach us something new

QUALIFICATIONS

• You study for a technical degree (at minimum 3rd year)
• Nice to people around you
• Eager to learn
• Enjoy quantitative tasks
• Coding skills
• Interest in machine learning and data science
• Experience building something with code (really anything!)

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

After the internship you will:

• Be better at coding
• Have experience with data science on real world problems
• Have exposure to common tools in the data science / software engineering toolbox (such as Google Cloud and Git)
• Have a reference point for what else to learn to become a valuable data scientist
• Learn how a small tech start-up works
