 The role 

Your role will depend on background and interests but will contribute to make Heimstaden a datadriven organization, creating value for our tenants, employees and investors. 

Personal skills that we are looking for:

• Masters degree in Engineering 
• Experience with SQL, Python or R
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to understand the connection between data and business
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills 
• Willingness to try new things and challenge the status quo 
• Independent problem solver skills
• Fluent in English: written and spoken 
• Flexible for travel to different locations where business operates within Heimstaden.
