Analytical and actuarial competences are cornerstones of a successful insurance company. If wants to strengthen the organisation by hiring and training young and business oriented academics in Sweden, Norway and Finland.

You will be joining our one year long Nordic Analyst and Actuary Trainee Program that will run for the sixth time. In the programme you will be introduced to our different business areas and actuarial units. The program also consists of theoretical and practical modules that will be part of your individual development plan in order to increase your analytical and business skills.

Requirements that should be met by the applicants: – strong background in mathematics and statistics

– preferably supplementary courses in insurance mathematics

– good programming skills

– fluency in English and in one Nordic language

– preferably some experience from analytical work

– business oriented

– self reliance in your work

– good communication and interpersonal skills.

The main location will be in one of our Nordic offices in Stockholm, Oslo and Turku (only Oslo applications should be sent in on this announcement, there will be separate announcements for Turku and Stockholm). Some travelling in the Nordic region will be required.

The startup for the program is Mid August 2016.
